the magical me
hello guys... I am reading on the web on what's "##### + #####"... but unfortunately... I couldn't get what I exactly want. so what I want to know about is that what's "#####"? and what's "#####" ? are they some kind of kexts ? or they are the whole Hackintosh installation iso/file ??? like let's say ...iAtkos? ....iDeneb..... or iPC ??? and if so ... which one of them is the OS, the "#####" or the "#####" ? sorry for such a question, but I really can't understand, and I am more likely to be lost about this . I hope some guru of you here can this clear this for me. thanks everybody. tilly042
hello guys...and if so ... which one of them is the OS, the "#####" or the "#####" ? The ##### installation method is really the OS installation with boot-loader and various fixes for different PC's and configurations etc. Obviously, the ##### disc/s are only the bootloaders, the actual install is done from a Retail Snow Leopard installation disc. ##### just enables this to happen on a PC. ##### is the post-installation tweaking mechanism to get various functions working that may not have been recognised 'out-of-the-box'. HERE is the InsanelyMac official thread for the ##### + ##### method. HERE is the Blog for the method. and HERE is the dedicated forum for it. Savvy?
