I installed Snow Leopard on my ION based PC. After upgrading to 10.6.3 I had a couple of issues so I decided to go back to 10.6.2. I opened up TimeMachine and went to the date before upgrading to 10.6.3 and selected "My Mac Mini", which allowed me to select the Volume "Snow" where I had my install. I then clicked on "Restore" and waited an hour for the backup process to finish. But after reboot nothing happened. Then I went to Terminal and found that under Volumes there is a new folder called "Snow 1" which is a symlink to root like this "Snow 1 -> /", and the newly restored files are under folder "Snow". Is this normal? If it is, how should I change "Snow" to point to "/"?
