rthally94
Over the last few days, I have been having trouble getting a working install of snow leopard on my A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard. I did the install via hazard's great distro that includes many useful kexts and patches for the AMD system. Every time I boot the HDD, my system gives me a kernel panic having to do with the sleepenabler.kext. I do not have SATA drives in the computer, just IDE (IDE HDD and Disk Drive). If anyone knows a way to get Snow Leopard to boot the drive, the information will be much appreciated. Start by removing the Sleepenabler kext and booting with -v........then report what you see on the bootup screen.......
