I'm having a really weird problem and I wonder if anyone has a clue as to what's going on for me?

Earlier today I booted into Win7 (on a separate hard drive), installed an app and updated my Nvidia drivers. I then shut the macihne down. A couple of hours later I got back and tried to boot into MacOS. Booting seemed to work fine, however, while I could move the mouse on screen, the computer acted as if it was locked up and was receiving no input from either mouse or keyboard (with the exception of the mouse movement). However, what's really weird is that I could log in via LogMeIn.com and control the machine remotely just fine, without any problems.

Does anyone have an idea as to the problem or how I might fix it?

FYI, I constructed my machine identically to the popular LifeHacker build and got it running (seemingly) just fine with 10.6.3 a week or so ago.

I have the same issue, BUT if I disconnect all the other hard drives except for the one with OSX it works with no problems.
