FreeBaGeL
I had a Windows 7 install on my computer. I installed snow leopard on a separate hard drive using empire EFI. However now when I try to boot into Windows 7 I get "bootmgr is missing, press ctrl+alt+del to restart". I have tried popping in the Windows 7 disk and repairing, but it did not work. I am still able to boot into Snow Leopard, but not Win7. Acid_Burn
click on "system reserved" Button, not "Windows 7" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/214838-bootmgr-missing-for-win7-after-hackintosh/#findComment-1443260 Share on other sites
microbiologist
Did this work? I get hung up at the Windows boot screen (no logo animation at the beginning). However, I have not implemented the Windows repair. If selecting system reserve worked, this may be the solution. Thanks. - cf Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/214838-bootmgr-missing-for-win7-after-hackintosh/#findComment-1545249 Share on other sites
