SL Hard disk needs to be repair all times! Please help

Hi,

 

I have installed SL 10.6.2 in an EP45UD3P motherboard, everything seems to work OK, only one think which drive me crazy.

 

If I make a disk verification, SL tell me the disk needs to be repair, then I start with another HD with Leo 10.5.8 and I make another time the verification and repair, well if I start another time SL then the disk verification says the Disk is correct but in the next boot then says the disk needs to be repair!!...

 

Can you point me to a solution for that!!??

Do you use the shutdown or reboot items on the Apple menu? If so, does your system seem to shut down or reboot normally? The symptoms you describe could be caused by the system shutting down incompletely or not at all, either because you just hit the power button or because the shutdown isn't completing its jobs.

You cannot use Disk Utility Leo for SL for Disk Repair according to Apple.
