ovo
so just installed osx flawlessly onto my UD5 build. I then found I couldnt boot win7 (on seperate disk) without de selecting the SATA RAID/AHCI option required to set up OSX with this instal and of course unless I enable AHCI I cant boot back into OSX. Is this normal for everyone else? Is there a better way to dual boot without having to change 2 settings(AHCI and boot priority) in the bios every time I want to use the other OS? cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/212786-ahci-mode-prevents-win7-booting/ Share on other sites
Beerkex'd
There are a bunch of tutorials out there on how to get Windows working in AHCI mode post-install. Use google and pick one.
