Your board has Nvidia 650 chipset, try to find other people with the same chipset/motherboard as you and see what they've done.

 

Try to get power management working (better) on your system. First step is to get AppleLPC.kext to load. If it's not loaded already (check "extensions" in System Profiler) on your system you can fix it with a LegacyAppleLPC.kext, editing the original kext, or patching the device ID of your LPC device in your DSDT. I won't go into details here as there are many threads about this already. Start by finding the device ID of your motherboard LPC device by looking at the output of a command line based utility called LSPCI (google it).

 

Not sure if you can do that at all on a Nvidia based motherboard though.

And more DSDT Patching.. look in threads for other ASUS boards, ASUS DSDTs are similar and in many cases you can use the fixes that other people with ASUS boards use. There are some good threads for some ASU P5K models, although they have Intel chipsets.
