Which version of OSx86 is best for my Acer Aspire Revo 1600 (r1600) and what do I need to make it complete (drivers)?

I own an Acer Aspire Revo 1600, also known as the R1600. I would like to dual boot OSx86 with Windows 7 Home Premium (already installed). I need to know what version of OSx86 will work the best with my computer.

I need links to the drivers for my computer to get it working, and I need a boot loader installer that will dual boot my systems and I need to know how to install it. I currently have 10.5 (leopard) versions: Leo4all, iDeneb, iAtkos, iPC, and Kalyway (I don't know what versions of them they are). Which one will work and what are the drivers that I need to get it working to it's best.

It would be helpful if you could provide links to the drivers or links to other things that will help me. Do whatever you want to do. I really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

I hate to be the cruel one to tell ya but OSX on non-apple machines is no exact science. There is no specific distro for any specific machine, and chances are there are none on the forums with the exact hardware config you have. Lastly, blatantly asking for the information in which you've inquired is ignorant. Alot of hard work goes into each successful distro installation. Do some research. Google is your friend. Posting links to "driver", better known as kext" downloads is likely illegal

I still need help. Thanks again.

Believe it or not, the Lenovo S10 Enabler sets you up with a functional Revo Hackintosh. You've gotta disable Legacy USB in the BIOS, but then using a retail disk image you can do the install. After you install & boot in to OSX, you need to install NVEnabler.kext with Kext Utility.

The big problem with the install is that you can't enable the internal drive & a USB drive at the same time during the installation. So you either have to use an eSATA drive to install, or install from one USB drive(USB DVD or USB flash drive) to another (USB external drive). If you do the USB-to-USB, you have to open everything up to swap in the external drive, which is a bit of a chore.

I am sure I am leaving out a few details - go over to s10lenovo.com and do a search for Revo 1600 or Revo 3600.
