The Finale of Seem
I have a Hackie running 10.5.8, Intel DX58SO board. Everything works without a problem (well, minus sleep, but that's a known issue on this board). I also have Windows 7 on a second drive. I downloaded Parallels 5 and gave it a whirl. It recognizes my Windows drive as Boot Camp, tries to boot it...and then kernel panics. The module is the Parallels Hypervisor, citing the IOPCIFamily and ACPIFamily as the culprits. I've checked around in the BIOS. VT is on. HPET is on. Dunno what else to mess with. I've monkeyed with the settings in Parallels, but no dice. Did some digging around the forums but didn't see anyone having the same issue. Any suggestions?
