looks like your USB wireless is causing it. does it ever happen when its not plugged in? try using for a day or two without wireless (may be hard to do if you mainly use for web browsing). but i would try to narrow it down to this USB device for sure. whats the model of this belkin usb wireless?

have you tried the 10.4 drivers on the support site? Even though it says 10.4, i would still try them. You never know if it just says that from before 10.5 was released and they never updated

 

Also I would find the kext that got installed with whatever driver you have installed right now, that is possibly part of the kernel panic... delete it, repair permissions, reboot with -f flag, unplug USB wireless then install this driver and try plugging USB wireless in

I am using the 10.4 driver. That's what's so strange. I can try doing a reinstall, but i dont think thatll help

if everything else is running great except this issue, which you run into, only when using uTorrent, i would not reinstall. doubtful it would help solve this. i would try reinstalling the driver though. and while most likely that wont help either, try using another torrent client like Vuze and see if the problem replicates
