Hi all,

As we speak I'm downloading iAtkos version 7. As a total newbie to the Mac world (well, not total. I know how to install a mac OS) - I was wondering if anybody has a full installation guide to install it along side with Windows 7. Right now I have partitioned my 1TB HDD into 2, my main one (with Windows 7) and my soon-to-be Mac one. What I need is to be able to install iAtkos, and then have a bootloader at the startup (no DVD needed to have the bootloader) giving me the choice to boot onto Windows or Macintosh.

My main concern is to have the bootloader working.

Sorry if there is a guide on this, but I've searched and I can't find something for a newbie. What I want to be able to do is have the Bootloader.

Oh-- another thing is that I installed Mac OSX Snow Leopard on a partition on my external HDD, all went well. But, when it finished installing, it rebooted, I booted from the DVD, waited for the bootloader to come up, it booted onto mac and it got stuck on the gray background with the apple on it, and the small loading round under it. After about 5 mins of being stuck on that it finally took my to the Mac OSX installation screen, where I choose the language, and the partition to install it on. Pretty strange, huh?

My PC specs are :

Motherboard : Gigabyte EP 41-UD3L.

Graphics card : nVidia 8600 GS 510MB.

Monitor : Hans.G 22" inch.

CPU : Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz

Ram : 4096 MB (4GB) (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)

HDD : Seagate II 1TB.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. (And attempting Mac OSX Snow Leopard)

Thanks alot,

Regards,

Charles.
