Leandro Pinheiro
Hi folks, I had installed 10.4.6 JaS by native install method, my mobo is a Foxconn P4M800P7MA-RS2 with VIA P4M800 + 8237R Plus chipset. When i load AppleVIAATA the has run on full speed but i had several erros and can not load any application. When i use "sudo -s" for the first time every thing works great, if I boot, or tri "sudo -s" again, I have a messeges on "bash" saing that file "/var/run/sudo/my_user_name_here" is still created and can not be created, after this "maildrop" messeges pop in "bash" prompt. To resolve that I load with "-s" option, and go to "single user", run "fsck -sy" and "mount -uw /" and delete manualy the folder "/var/run/sudo/my_user_name_here" If i work with GenericATA all except speed of HDD work great!!! S3 Unicrome works great but no CI ou QE, Display at 1280x1024x32 On board RTL8139 ok HDD SATA (kext loaded) not tested yet USB not work Sound Work with left channel only, and MIC works, not tested with AppleAC97.kext by Macgril ATA has this problem, described here. EDIT: In IDE0 master is a Sansung SP0802N HDD in IDE1 master is a DVD-RW Driver from Samsung My AppleVIAATA.kext version is 1.0.2 Sorry for my bad English, but i`m Brasilian and Word Cup is to my Country!!!
