DEFKT Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 Hi there, my name is Ben. Recently upgraded to spec (in Signature) so....... Can i hacky maccy this??? I see similar motherboards boards being done, but this is different version. also I had trouble finding any Kexts for the Graphics Card. Any help will would be very much appreciated. I have been on this board before trying to get my last setup to work, but thanks to packard bell and removing chips and part of the BIOS, i couldnt do it. So if its possible with this board, point me in the right direction. audit13 Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 Sometimes, it can be hit and miss. Does your motherboard support ahci for hard drives? If it doesn't you'll have to make sure you get the correct drivers in your /Extra/Extensions folder. Do you have the retail installation dvd? If you do, try installing with a bootable cd from Empire Efi.
