runebinder
Hi, fairly new to the world of hackintosh, tried it ages ago but wasn't very successful with it. Decide to have another go of it after owning a MacBook Pro and really liking SL. So have got 10.6.2 working, full 5.1 sound and graphics. However none of the power management features seem to work. If I try to restart or shut down it logs out, the monitor goes to sleep yet my PC stays down and I have to press either reset or turn off buttons on the computer. Any ideas what I need to do to get this to work? Kexts installed: FakeSMC FrameBufferDisabler LegacyAppleRTC_32BitOnly NullCPUPowerManagement OpenHaltRestart PlatformUUID SleepEnabler Here's a screen shot of what DCPIManager shows for my Device ID's: Hardware specs are in my signature. Any help would be much appreciated. *EDIT* Managed to get it working, replaced OpenHaltRestart kext with EvOreboot kext and ran Kext Utility and it's restarting and shutting down properly now. Do you still need all the kext above or only evoreboot ?
