Hi to everyone.

I've installed RETAIL OSX 10.6 in a VmWare Workstation 7.0 Virtual Machine under Windows 7 64 bit.

It's all ok except for one detail: when I try to install FINAL CUT STUDIO 3, it stops because vram size is 0.

- I can start OS X and use it.

- My Mac reports 128Mb ov VRAM

- But Final Cut Studio doesn't detect them...

Can you help me?

Is there ani kext for vmware video adapter?

My pc is a i7 920 @3.2GHz, with 6Gb of ram and WIndows 7 64 bit as host...

Thank you!

Im in the same boat.... anyone have any suggestions

Before, when i ran OSx nativity (Not via VMware) i had no problems w/ FCP but now in VMware i get the errors

-FCP requires Quarts Extream capable video card.

-FCP requires 128 MB of VRAM (Says i have 0).

-FCP needs 1280x800 (min).

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but i figured it was better then starting a new one.
