Jannomag Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hi, when I boot my Snow Leo 10.6.1 Retail DVD with the Boot123 method, it hangs at following line: AppleRTL8169Ethernet: Ethernet adress 00:1f:d0:88:61:da The DVD drive stops working after a few minutes. When I make a reset my BIOS settings are all reseted. Does anybody know where the problem is and can help me? The BIOS problem is not important...the main thing is that I can install SL. My hardware can you read in my signature - I have a Realtek 8111C onboard LAN and not 8169.
