OSX FTW Posted January 2, 2010 Share Posted January 2, 2010 OK so im completely new to this forum but i need help. I am planning to dual boot OSX and windows 7 on my new HP pavilion dv6 with dual AMD turion processors. I have no idea what bootloader to use or anything. If anyone has any help or tips or if anyone knows tutorials to share with me it would be greatly appreciated. Artifesto Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 i've used the windows 7 boot mgr with great success. i recommend Easy BCD and then adding Mac OS X as an x86 installation (or however its spelled) to the bootmgr. and then restart, you should see both windows and mac os x on the windows boot selection screen, if needed i can post pictures + a guide if needed.
