Weird USB/Ethernet problem

I have this annoying problem with my OS X Leopard 10.5.2

 

I have to plug in the USB if i want to use it with osx when i boot, else it it wont see it.

The same with Ethernet cable, if i boot osx with cable plugged in, it easily connected to the internet, but if i unplug it, it still says connected, but can't go to any websites.

 

Anythings works though

-Wireless card: Network Card : Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN - Not working

-Audio: Realtek 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio Controller (ALC268 - Works
