Tyan S2696 Xeon5350 *2 Snow Leopard retail

Does any one know is this possible to use chameleon to install SL by retail disk on this Tyan S2696( 5000X Dual cpu Mobo)?

I read some post about flawless but no using retail method?

 

or if you have other recommendation of other Xeon Mobo, please rely here,
