deepulse Posted June 24, 2006 Share Posted June 24, 2006 Hey all, I successfully installed osx86, and if i boot from the dvd (i.e. just wait for it to timeout) i can use my trackpad fine...however if i use my grub bootloader (dual booting with linux) then my trackpad doesnt work... I tried installing the darwin bootloader but i still couldnt use my trackpad, and i couldnt boot back to linux...so had to reinstall grub When i had some spare time i formatted my drive completely to just install os x, everything works fine(including trackpad) except im using intel wireless which isnt supported, so had to go back to linux... any ideas on why my trackpad would only work when booting from the dvd? and how to make it so it works without the dvd? thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/20358-booting-with-no-trackpad-1046/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
