xxbraveguyxx Posted December 19, 2009 Share Posted December 19, 2009 I am trying to install Snow Leopard on my PC and the only problem is my IDE DVD drive.... My motherboard Intel DP35DP (P35) Every time i try to boot from Snow Leopard, it stops at "still waiting for root device" I know why is that happening its becoz i have IDE dvd drive & (SATA HDD) .. So does anyone know any kexts that will make IDE dvd drive make work????
