stud muffin Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 I just got 10.6.2 working on my core i7 machine with an evga x58 mobo. Everything is working just fine except for wireless internet. It does not even recognize my linksys wireless pci card and i have tried installing different drivers for it. So i purchased an after-the-mac wireless usb drive which is supposed to work with mac. I installed drivers and everything, but still the computer does not even pick up that anything is plugged into the usb port. stud muffin Posted December 18, 2009 Author Share Posted December 18, 2009 btw my wireless pci card is a linksys wmp54g i have searches for answers but can find nothing. Also i cannot boot into 32 bit, i have tried holding 3 and 2 while booting up but it doesnt work. If anyone could just suggest a different card that works right out of the box with 10.6.2 64 bit that would be awesome.
