which version for amd phenom quad core system?

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and hackitoshes in general.

I'm not sure which distro should I get for my system here are my specs:

 

Mother board Asus M2N68

Chipset nForce630a

Processor QuadCore AMD Phenom X4 9650, 2300 MHz (11.5 x 200)

graphics card NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

audio VIA VT1708B CE @ nVIDIA MCP67/68 - High Definition Audio

Controller PCI

LAN nVIDIA MCP67/68 - LAN Controller (PHY: Realtek

RTL8211/8212) PCI

 

 

I've tried to put the iDeneb 10.4 dvd in but it just won't start it freezez ona black screen and the keeps making a bleeping sound and won't let me type anything, now i've also got the LawlessPPCPhenomLeo and the Leopard-10.5.2-AMD but not sure which one to would suit my system...can anyone help please??
