Please Help me install Jmicron.kext

Hi

I have been told i need to install a kext called JMicronATA.kext to stop the kernel panics on my OSX86 Machine, i have the kext but i need some help on how to install it

any help would be great thanks

i Have downloaded Kext Utility and have installed it and running it now, could you tell me how i replace the JMicronATA.kext

Thanks thats what i was asking about that has solved my problem i hope,

I just need to know do i delete the kext file that is currently installed (com.jmicron.JMicronATA (1.0.0) or do i leave it ?

I think the kext installed correctly and removed the old one
