mphuie Posted December 9, 2009 Share Posted December 9, 2009 I have 10.6.1 running on a Dell Inspiron 530. (Q6600) Initially it was running flawlessly, lately I've noticed Safari beachballing on random pages, not necessarily any with flash or plugins. It is completely random- site works fine sometimes and then it will beachball another time. Have to force quit Safari, and its gotten so bad I have to force quit 5-6 times a day. I then tried Firefox, same issue. Then Chrome beta, also freezes. Internet connectivity works fine for all other apps- IM, iTunes, Dashboard, etc... just the browsers that are having trouble. Anyone know whats going on? I have a Mac Mini running 10.6.1 with no browsing issues and a Macbook Air on 10.6.2 and have never seen this.
