Thumb drive will not boot

Hello -

 

I have followed the Pash install to a T - all the same hardware (GA-EP45-UD3P rev1.6).

 

I formatted my thumb drive on my MA G4 running Tiger, followed all of the steps explicitly, set the bios as required, however my PC will not boot from the thumb drive.

 

Any suggestions?
