I have this laptop , and have gotten it (mostly) working today. I will list what I have done so far, and will edit as I get the small buggy things fixed in the next few days.

I used the iAtkos v7 disk for the install. The only outside fix I used was this trackpad fix.

The selections I made are:

Chameleon v2

/Extra

DSDT

SMBIOS -Enablers (air)

Decrypter- Apple

Voodoo 9.5.0

ACPI - x86ACPI (unsure if this is necessary, see notes)

VGA- ATI HD

Sound - Azalia

Voodoo PS/2 with trackpad (also not sure if necessary)

Ethernet (wired) - Marvell 88E8056 (not tested yet)

Ethernet (Wireless) - Broadcomm

These are the notes I made, and do not necessarily reflect the entire names or order they appear, but it should get you in the ballpark. After install, the trackpad still did not work, so I went to the kext fix, and all I had to do was follow the instructions and it worked great! That's why I am not sure if the drivers I used are completely necessary for PS/2.

As of right now, the laptop does not power off or sleep if closed. The ACPI driver I chose may or may not have something to do with that. I am investigating that, and will update if I find anything.

Good luck! I am so far very happy that my $300 laptop thinks its a very much more expensive Mac Book Air!

UPDATE:

Decided to try my luck at upgrading my fresh install, so I used the 10.5.8 update disk from iDeneb (combo) and gave it a shot. Worth the try, it worked! Except for one thing, I discovered that I cannot open my DVD drive on the laptop while in OSX. At boot I can, which was all I needed though. I just need to find out how to get that working, and I believe uninstall the ACPI kext.
