MGySgt
Hi, I've looked around on the forums for tips on how to install OSx onto my Dell 1420 but I got confused and lost. I hope someone can help me. So far I managed to boot up my iAtkos v7 dvd only with -v -x. I managed to partially install it, i think. It got up to about 85% on the progress bar and then reboots. When it reboots, it flashes a blue screen then the screen goes black. Please help, would it be because I am trying a newer version of iAtkos. I noticed that others used an older version. My system specs are as followed: Dell Inspiron 1420 CPU - Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T5250 Instructions - MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, EM64T Motherboard - Dell 0DT492 Chipset - GM965 HDD - Toshiba MK1637GSX Display adapter - Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset family dvd/cd - TSSTcorp DVD+/- RW TS-L632H ATA device modem - conexant HDA D330 MDC V.92 modem network adapter - Broadcom NetLink Fast Ethernet Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection sound controller - SigmaTel High Definition Codec Thank You, MGySgt Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/198849-noob-requesting-iatkos-v7-install-help-please/ Share on other sites
