kingsteve12 Posted November 21, 2009 Share Posted November 21, 2009 OK so 80 percent of the time after installing leopard on your hackbook/hackingtosh your normal wifi card/dongle wont work . But mostly everyone has a iphone half the people who have a iphone has it jailbreakon so for all the people who have there iphone jailbroken you can use it as a dongle GO to cydia and search PDANET Then google PDANET and download the MAC APPLICATION. Now connect your iphone to leopard through usb and click connect on pdanet on the os it will be up near the time. Now wait about a minite and you will be connected. WARNING make sure your iphone is connected to wifi or it will use your data connected and may chage you. I have the same thing that you do and it wouldn't work. But, maybe I'm doing something wrong? If it works for you, let me know. I've been looking for iphone wifi to usb tethering and this thread was what the doctor ordered! I was thinking that it should be possible to make the iPhone a wifi dongle and voila, here it is.
