Campusloop Posted October 27, 2009 Share Posted October 27, 2009 Hi, I am trying to install 10.6 (SnowOSX_Universal_10.6(432)GM_v3.5) burnt on a DVD and installing to a external USB disk. But after the osx boot up process is complete, the screen goes blank when bringing up the GUI. Before the screen goes blank, the blue screen comes up for just a couple of seconds to indicate it is starting up the GUI and after that the screen goes blank. The system is responsive - caps lock, num lock work. I tried different resolution and mode but it does not help. The video card is Intel 945GM. Has anyone faced this before? Can someone please help?
