I new in the mac world, and i like try de mac os x 10.4.6 but i guess my machine not support this. In the boot of the dvd i see this message: and i dont know what happen! If I need put other option on the boot...... ? AMD Athlon XP 2000+ Creative Labs|SB Live! GeForce4 MX440 AGP 8x 256 MB Ram 40 Gb HDD Thanks! gwprod12 Posted June 5, 2006 Share Posted June 5, 2006 Simple problem. Under no circumstances does Mac OS X 10.4.6 support the Athlon XP. It just doesnt. The minimum requirements to run it are SSE2 with patch... Athlon XP doesnt have SSE2. mackopus Posted June 5, 2006 Author Share Posted June 5, 2006 Oh!, this is a bad new, but thanks!! other question.......... i have a laptop toshiba pentium M, 512 Mb Ram, 100 Gb HDD and when i try boot dvd i see this error: System config file: 'com.apple.Boot.plist' not found Pentiun M is not supported too?
