tomnic
Hi... Does anybody know how can I disable "fake" dual display with my Radeon Mobility 9600? It's enabled even if I use the generic vesa driver, if I disable mirroring strange tearing effects start to occur, and in mirroring mode if I drag a window in the right side of the screen it reappears in the left side, deleting everything is drawn under it. The same thing with the pointer itself!!! I don't get this problem during 10.4.4/5 Myzar's install, while I get it in 10.4.3 and 10.4.1 install, but even with Myzar's 10.4.4/5 release this strange behaviour starts to occur in the gui when rebooting after a fresh install. Please, help me!!! I'm desperate... Callisto drivers work well only if I set the same resolution with both displays, in my system profiler two video adapters appear, one uses APG, the other PCI. During the 10.4.4/5 Myzar's install only the AGP one is listed, so this is why screen is rendered correctly... I think it's a kext related problem, if only I could tell osx86 to ignore the PCI adapter Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19084-disabling-dual-display-with-radeon-mobility-9600/ Share on other sites
