I get to the screen to choose a language and it prepares for the installation but then a error pops up stating "Couldn't open OSInstall.mpkg". I am using the 10.4.6 install disc, trying to install on a Dell D620. I appreciate any assistance in advance. Thangsang Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 Either it is a bad burn or some of the files in the iso image is corrupted. It has got nothing to do with hardware.
