When I boot to SL with -v flag, it says kernel panic and then something like "CPU 1 has no HPET assigned to it" ... AppleIntleCpu...kext. Some guy in another forum wrote that he just had a bad dsdt.aml file. he didn't bother to write how he fixed it. so any suggestions on that? Barskir Posted September 24, 2009 Author Share Posted September 24, 2009 I deleted all kext except for fakesmc.kext, yes i patched my own dsdt.aml using blackosx guide! tried different dsdt's same thing . I'll explain again When I install Chamelon RC2 on a spare partition ( just for the bootloader) it doesn't boot, giving me the error i mentioned. When I install Chamelon on the OS partition itself it does boot. but then when i set efi string for my gpu and reboot nothing happens.
