mascho911 Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 Hey Guys, at first, please forgive me making mistakes, i'm german. well, i tried to install OSX 10.5.x on my pc, but i failed due to man reasons. at one distribution the installation did not even get started, neither in s-ata nor ahci-mode. then the HDDs were not detectable by the Harddisk Utility. So, like you can see, i'm a newby, and i deal not very well with computers anyway. though i tried. i also had a kalyway distribution, but it failed while the installation was in progress. there was an error, annaouncing something about intel and valuate whatever.. i know, it's been stupid not to copy that in text and i´m waisting your time in any way =/ but perhaps someone of you will read my systems information and scream out "that's what you need". hopefully. so if you think, wow this guy is truly a dickhad. maybe it helps to know i'm a woman sys info: GA-MA770-UD3 (gigabyte) AMD Phenom II X4 PC 6400/800 RAM HD642JJ SATA II(samsung) Radeon 4870-t2d1g 1024 mb vram (msi) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/185104-installation-on-gb-mb-with-phenom-ii/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
onemanshow14 Posted September 9, 2009 Share Posted September 9, 2009 Hello , I am from Thailand, I success to install iATKOS v7 10.5.7 use ATS IDE both CD-ROM and hard drive. Select iATKOS v7 main system. Chameleon V1 DSDT APple Decrypt 9.5 Kernel voodoo Disabler don't select VGA driver don't select sound driver . will install afterward. and finally , select post-install actions. Hope this can help. I notice that speed is slow when I try to open the application sush as Itune / Safari in the first time. after first load, it will faster. My mainboard is MA770-US3 CPU : AMD Phenom X3 Jojo.
