Can't install leopard on HP 6715b

I am trying to install leopard on a friends laptop but we aren't having any luck. Laptop is HP 6715b (AMD Turion processor, Ati radeon xpress 1250...). In this case it probably isn't realy important. We are trying with the iDeneb 10.5.7 DVD.

 

It hangs with this:

ioapic version 0x21 vectors 0:23

That happens in the beginning of the loading so we can't even get to the installer.

 

I read that the problem can be solved by disabling the USB legacy support and inerting an USB key when that thing appears - no luck.

 

We tryed io=0x21 cpu=1 -s -f option -> no change.

 

And io=0x21 -s -f -> Now it hangs a little later with appleapceventcontroller:: attach( Appleapcplatformexpert ).

 

So how can we get this thing to work?
