Hi all.

PC Specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3800+ 2.40 GHz

RAM: 2.00 GB

System type: 32-bit OS

I'm using this guide.

And my iso is called ToH_x86_9A581_RC2_681339-1.iso

Been trying to install Leopard on my PC for about 2 weeks now, and it's been issue after issue.

I've burnt about 4 dvds, none of which have worked. The iso i have is about 4.8gb, running on an sl 4.7gb dvd.

DVD 1 - PC Crashed half-way through boot, didn't burn fully.

DVD 2 - Ran on my laptop (intel processor, non-patched iso) Kernel Panic.

DVD 3 - Ran on my PC (AMD pc, patched iso) Kernel Panic.

DVD 4 - Came to the conclusion that the processor wasn't the issue, but it may be the dvd. Tried to compress the iso by deleting the different languages using MagicIso. Burned it with ImgBurn. For some reason the dvd wasn't bootable after this.

I need help on deleting the languages on my iso and burning it as a bootable dvd too.

If I'm way off and this is due to a different issue altogether, please point it out.

Thanks in advance!

~Jared

UPDATE

I eventually resolved to burning my patched iso onto a Double-Layer DVD.

I still ran into the Kernel Panic.

It took much longer to get to the panic though, and it copied a lot more files than any of my SL-DVDs.

Here is the exact error I run into:
