recommendations for boot-loader selection

Hello,

 

I'm just about to Try a hackintosh install on my:

 

Quadcore i7 920

Asus P6T SE

Asus EAH4670/DI/512 RADEON

 

With all the boot loader varieties I'm wondering if anyone can suggest the most simple and straight forward Loader.

 

I'm not a total noob, and I can follow instructions, but I'm not very well versed in the PC world or coding in general. I'm looking for a loader that can boot multiple partitions with ease.

 

 

Any suggestions?
