First issue: I installed iPC 10.5.6 and updated it to 10.5.7 but before the update i didn't install these 2 kexts: IntelCPUPMDisabler.kext and AppleDecrypt.kext so now I'm running 10.5.7 without that. Can I just install them with kext helper or shoul I install the whole system once again? Second issue is that in my system profiler nothing is showed under hardware overwiev (other stuff under hardware like graphics/display is showed correctly) and "about this mac" shows 4 GH for CPU while mine CPU is INTEL Core2Quad Q8200 BOX, s. 775, 2.33GHz. I tried eddie11c's "about this mac fix" and with osx86tools (except manually writing CPU info) but it didn't work. I dont care if "about this mac" showing wrong info but how can I check (from terminal I suppose) if system is using all 4 cores on correct frequency? My specs: Gigabyte EP35-DS3, INTEL Core2Quad Q8200 BOX, XFX Nvidia 9500 GT 512MB (added gfx string with osx86tools) Thanks and sorry for long post.
