WhiteBoyMcFLY Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 I am currently ATTEMPTING to install iATKOS v5i on my Dell Inspiron 1420. This is the line of code that I get when trying to boot after install. <img src="http://i109.photobucket.com/albums/n68/WhiteBoyMcFLY/102_0444.jpg"> I would GREATLY appreciate it if I could get some step by step help on this! EDIT (Sept 3) I reinstalled iAtkos v5i with all of the "correct" customization options. Now when I boot with "-v" I get no kernel panics or error messages. Everything SEEMS to go as planned. After the gray apple the screen turns blue for a half a second ... then it goes black. Nothing after... I searched a lot of forums and have only stumbled upon this: "*Press f8 at prompt *type -s *at root type mount -uw *next, type /movevideodrivers *yes to confirm, enter to skip." Tried it a few times (5) and all I keep getting is either nothing at all, or that its not a directory...
