Topper59
Specs: Biostar TP45E Combo (Intel 945P Chipset) Pentium D 925 3.0 Ghz 4GB DDR3 800 Mhz RAM SATA HD HIS ATI Radeon 4670 1GB DDR3 550W PSU DVD-RAM Drive So, I installed Mac OS X on my computer a while ago, back when I had an 8600 GT. Now I've upgraded my PC a lot, and I'm trying to install it again. I burnt iDeneb 1.5.1 (Mac OS X 10.5.7) and tried installing it on a partition on my HD. When I try to install it, the progress bar moves for 2 seconds, than stays in the same spot for 10 minutes, until a kernel panic. I have tried Chameleon 2 and 1. As well as all the kernels (Vanilla, Qoodz etc) Also, I have been using the Mac Pro smbios. All my drivers are listed except for video, which i do not install. If anyone could help out in any way I would greatly appreciate it! muchlife
P45 with ICH10 should be very compatible, i would check bios settings, maybe need AHCI mode? im not familiar with biostar bios that much but looking at hardware it should be a clean sweep to install OSX86 on this mobo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/181268-getting-a-kernel-panic-when-installing-ideneb/#findComment-1449162 Share on other sites
