Video scrolling on a Sony Vaio laptop

Hi, I have a Sony Vaio 10 inches laptop with the genuine Intel built in video card. When I run osx.86 10.4.1 (developer version) I can move my mouse (cursor) around the screen very fast.

 

However, and with big suprised, when I moved up to Tiger 10.4.3 or above, it was taking minutes to scroll my page or move around the screen., why is that? Maybe I have to disable some controllers???
