cili0 Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 Prima cosa: per Leopard questa cosa non ti serve! serve per Snow Leopard. non vorrei facessimo confusione, ma da quanto ho capito quel comando serve a capire su un mac se hai l'EFI a 64bit o a 32bit. Su un sistema BIOS-based a far partire tutta la baracca a 64bit ci pensa PC_EFI v10.x (grazie netkas!). Ho scaricato la versione binaria del chameleon RC1. Ho copiato il boot nella partizione EFI. Poi ho ricopiato le estensioni, temi e il file com.apple.Boot.plist. Dopo aver fatto questo ho scaricato il file boot nuovo (pc 10.2Beta) dal sito di netkas e l'ho sostituito a quello della RC1. Fatto il reboot e mi compare il nuovo menù di chameleon. Scelgo la partizione e voilà parte a 64bit (almeno a livello di firmware). Vi allego le istruzioni in inglese prese da un sito insanelymac.com: nstallation guide for to EFI Partition. If you’ve been using Munky’s EFI partition booting method or wish to keep Chameleon in it’s own partition out of the way you can use the EFI partition as OS X makes no use of this. This assumes you are using one disk which is GPT formatted with OS X on /dev/disk0s2. 1. Extract the Chameleon archive and open a Terminal window there. 2. Use sudo -s to own root privileges. 3. Mount the EFI partition: mkdir /Volumes/EFI && mount_hfs /dev/disk0s1 /Volumes/EFI 4. Install boot0 to the MBR: fdisk -f boot0 -u -y /dev/rdisk0 5. Install boot1h to the bootsector of your EFI partition: dd if=boot1h of=/dev/rdisk0s1 6. Copy the ‘boot’ file to your root partition: cp boot /Volumes/EFI 7. Make sure your EFI partition is flagged as active. 8. Copy Themes and smbios.plist to your Extra folder: cp -R smbios.plist Themes /Volumes/EFI/Extra 9. Copy any kexts to /Volumes/EFI/Extra/Extensions and your com.apple. Praticamente le guide dicono di vedere da utility disco il numero di disco e della partizione e di aggiungerla in com.apple.Boot.plist. E' da ieri che provo ma non riuscivo a capire come mai non funzionasse. Allora mi è venuta l'illuminazione: non è che essendo già il mio disco di avvio devo mettere disk 0??? Allora ho aggiunto al file Boot questa dicitura: <key>Default Partition</key> <string>hd(0,2)</string> poichè con l amia p5wdh ho già impostato come disco di avvio quello di leopard. Così facendo si riavvia e in automatico dopo i 5 secondi parte con la partizione giusta! Ho installato con successo nella Partizione nascosta EFI il boot di PCEFIv10.2 tutto funziona bene, leo gira a 64 bit... ok. Ho provato VLC e non funziona con il kernel a 64... c'e' un modo magari dal boot di "chameleon" di avviare in mod 32? Ho visto e provato (senza successo) i "flag" per snow per avviare a 32 ma su leo non funziona... sono : -x32 -arch i386 Idee?
