Kernel Panic or another issue?

So I finally got the 10.5.2 disc to boot, now new trouble.

 

The attachment shows where the screen ends, whether or not I use the generic.iso, Sabr's image of the bootloader, I get the same result.

 

Tried -v, I do get a long list of stuff but it always ends in different places.

 

So, whats that screen mean?

 

Oh and list of hardware again:

Gigabyte P965-S3 motherboard

E4300 processor.

GTX 260 gpu

Always use the boot-flag -v as this will provide useful information. Let us know what other places your machine hangs at. This will give us a place to start. Are you booting a distro or trying to do a retail install. Shoot us some more info.
