elsocplayer Posted August 18, 2009 Share Posted August 18, 2009 Ok, I'm a newbie to the forum and I still consider myself a newbie to osx86 stuff. Anyway, I have been able to install leo4all on a toshiba laptop I had and it ran great, I also installed kalyway 10.5.2 for a friends acer aspire one a150 (ZG5) just this weekend. I have been trying to do it on my own rig and I couldnt get it to work. I finally did with kalyway 10.5.2 distro. My question is can I do the retail install on my desktop with this hardware. Its my first custom built and so far so good with windows Xp and Linux Ubuntu 64bit This is my hardware mobo - gigabyte EP45-UD3LR processor - E5200 dual core video card - EVGA geforce 9500gt 1gb 8gb ram(i know for installation you need 4gb max) 500gb + 1tb hitachi drive I don't know if you guys need anything else listed if so I can provide it...I would really love to hear what you guys have to say as I dont want to be doing manual installation of updates all the time.
