davidcmc Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 Hello. When I was using VESA Drivers, the mouse cursor's movement was normal. To install the VGA drivers, firstly I deleted all ATI kexts from /S/L/E folder. Then I've installed the package "MacOSX_10.5.6_radeon_hd_48x0_drivers", secondly "Patched framebuffers for 48x0 and 3870x2" and last one was "Natit". QE/CI and resolution change is working well, but now I've noticed a lag in the mouse movement. I have to use the patched framebuffers because I'm using HDMI connection between VGA (HD4850) and TV. davidcmc Posted August 15, 2009 Author Share Posted August 15, 2009 Just found out the solution! Well, I'm using my PC with my LCD TV Samsung 32" FullHD (LN32A55). The manual of the TV says that you must configure the HDMI2 input of TV with the name "PC" (TV setup). I just found out that you can get better image (A LOT BETTER) if you don't configure HDMI2 as "PC", just leave the HDMI2 input without a name. Doing that, the TV let's you configure a lot of things about image calibration, and one of those configurations is called "Movie Mode". It was set to "Low" as default (probably the PC mode for HDMI2 was using it in Low too), then I configured it to "Off" and the mouse lag was gone! :D :D :D That's it.
