Hecke92
Thanks.. I managed installing Windows 7 and Mac now, and while booting, Chameleon shows up and I can choose which OS I want to boot. Leopard boots flawlessly, but when I want to boot Windows 7 it says, 0xc000000e, "The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible" Is this problem common? Thanks a lot for helping me out! Thanks a lot for helping me out! i have the same issue. however, i fixed it my way like this: -used acronis partition director in the hirenboot cd to change the active back to win7's partition. -use win7 dvd to boot to repair. restart. -now you can boot to win7 again, download easybcd and install it onto win7, add Mac. now you can choose either win7 or mac from boot screen. Bucher
See my post herehttp://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=180580 Another note for others on the "0xc000000e The boot selection failed..." If you run the Win 7 system recovery and it does not see your system you can also just go to the prompt form the install disk and run diskpart to change your active partition back to Windows (search the forums on how to do this), then rerun the Win 7 recovery and it will repair it. Then you will boot to windows only again. Run the system recovery once more, change the active partition back to the osx partition and it will boot back into Chameleon or whatever boot loader you are using. cheers!
