Dell XPS M1530 Bluetooth

I hI have a bluetooth mouse that is connected to the computer and working, but it has an X through the bluetooth icon, and says Not Available yet my mouse is connected. I am on a dell M1530, Mouse works perfectly except all the extra buttons like forward/back and scroll, they worked when the bluetooth showed as enabled, I was able to add the device, rebooted and it doesn't allow me to change any bluetooth settings. I did no driver changes or anything like that...any ideas?
