hollywise
Ok so this is day two of installation of mac on my AMD notebook Yesturday most things worked OK, it booted first time and everything was great. Now this morning i get a kernel panic everytime i boot up. When i boot from disk the PS2 controller only works half the time (my touchpad and keyboard is connected internally through ps2). when it does work the plus key is pressed constantly, even when i dont touch it. And when it doesnt, during boot it says mouse and keyboard timed out so niether the keyboard or mouse work. I haven't changed my computer since last night when it all worked fine, I cleanly shut it down and went to sleep. Please help as i cannot see why this happened and how to go about it Here is what happens everytime without fail now when i boot from my hard drive: Edit: So Now i boot into safe mode, touchpad works but keyboard doesnt??? eurgh i really dont want to go back to windows Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/177477-ps2-controller/ Share on other sites
